[It's nighttime here in Luceti and it's that time of the month where there was the slow sweep of New feathers showing up all over the place. Kazuma unfortunately wasn't the lucky ones that got dumped randomly around the village, or even in the forest. No, he has been taped onto the ceiling of someone's home.

To make matters worse, been taped above someone's bed. Although he hasn't realized this and is currently fast asleep. The only thing that will get whomever on the bed's attention, is that his journal that will plop right on top of them.]

"EYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA--"

"GAHH! What!? Wha--"

[There's sounds of movement and then a thud as the journal falls onto the ground, book facing the floor. There was another scream]

"WHY AM I UP HERE!? AH! What are you--S-Stop!"

[Action]

[After all hell broke lose at the Straw Hats, Kazuma was sent on his way, a little bruised but for the most part ok. He's wandering aimlessly through the village, unknowingly heading for the plaza a bit shaken and thoroughly confused. He's going to be extremely jumpy with anyone that approaches him after everything that happened at the house.

At some point he discovers the library and just decides to stay there until there is daylight in this place so he can...figure out what's going on. Or maybe there was someone in the library he could ask. Hope it's not too late here...]

[ooc: Kazuma has found himself taped to the ceiling above Nami's bed in the first part. Voice responses may get a straw hat first.]

--of course, there are two points that count in his favour. (1) is it's hard to stab someone with the Climatact (though she tries real hard and (2) her aim is really, really poor. You're just lucky she's still sick, Hazama clone. *_*]

[In his aimless wandering, Kazuma may ran into Litchi while she's out walking. Or, perhaps more accurately, freezing in horror when she sees who she's sure is Hazama wandering around. And staring.

[Hakumen, being the constant lurker he is, does hear the very familiar voice. And while he is rather annoyed, if not beyond angered and ready to lash out, he continues to listen in long enough to have something close to doubt. This person looked and sounded like Terumi...and yet something was off. Enough that it wouldn't leave his mind.

So, at late night, Hakumen will approach the village from the forest and search out for "Terumi". He'll find the man as he enters the library and follows by closely. ...Well, with all the stealth someone like him could possibly have.]

[Nagisa notices Kazuma walking through the plaza and can't help but wonder why he looks so confused and lost. ...Maybe he's a New Feather! The new cycle did just start, didn't it? Or so she's heard. In any case, she walks on over, but cautiously in an attempt to not startle him.]

[So, there's a schoolkid messing about in the library. Mostly browsing, considering a few of the books here are either a little out of his age range or about things he's never heard of. Until he spots someone in New Feather garb and decides, hey, maybe he could help! Soooo, approaching.]

[Adell's out on patrol tonight, thinking absolutely nothing could go wrong. Of course, when he catches sight of that green hair, while Kazuma is off walking toward the library? That familiar build?

Oh no. God, not him. ...Rage builds up within Adell. Unreasonable, palpable rage. His Mana power wakes up and an orange aura erupts around him. And he's going to dash at lightning speed towards poor Kazuma, leaping into the air and landing in front of him.

Everything on his face and body language screams menacing.]

[Noel herself had coincidentally taken a trip to the library that day, taking books that were relevant to her interests (it was questionable as to how long they would stay interesting).

It's when she turns the corner to the next aisle of books that she sees him.

The books slip from her hands and clatter on the ground as she stares at him speechlessly, almost unsure of what to say.]
