[ Midday in Luceti would find Kazuma's home assaulted with a number of rapid, hard thuds on the door that sounded like someone was knocking with a club. The knocks would start, stop for a moment as if the knocker was taking a break, and then resume in full force, unrelentingly alerting the entire household as to their presence.

Do you come down and open the door, Kazuma? Or do you simply stay huddled up in your room and wait for someone else to answer it? ]

[Okay, so... a few days have passed since encounter, and considering the amount of time that has passed? It's time. Noel's given herself the space to think and get advice from someone she knew she could trust. She's ready... at least, she thinks she is.

Ready and dressed already, she opens the journal and filters a message to the man.]

Kazuma? It's Noel. [...] Uh, you're not busy right now, are you?

Kazuma, right?

I guess we're supposed to be be pen pals, now. So. Hey. I'm Sokka.

[He might need to uh, be gently reminded that pen pals WRITE to each other.]

[AFTER EVERYTHING THAT'S HAPPENED, there's just one thing Noel's neglected to do. Check up on Kazuma.]

Kazuma? H-Hey... are you there?

[So. About sometime later in the day, Noel's gone out to walk Sol. She isn't planning on going far or anything, for that matter... what with everything happening, she's decided to stick close around Nami's area, not being much in the mood to make any idle chitchat.

Ragna, Terumi, and finally Luke... running away is beginning to sound more and more like a nice getaway.]

[There's been something Grune has been forgetting to do for quite some time. This isn't exactly unusual for her--rather, what's unusual is she actually remembered what she needed to do without prompting. And that is...she needs to write a letter.

So, one day, Kazuma will find a letter slipped under his door. The stationery is handmade, both the envelope and letter paper painted with slightly messy flowers. The message itself is exceptionally tidy and written in bright purple gel pen (a recent find at the item shop). It reads:]

Dear Kazuma,

It's very nice to meet you! [She's...sort of forgotten they've already met once before.] My name is Grune, and I'm your letter partner. I'm very happy that now I can get to know you!

What kinds of things do you like? Do you have a favourite food? If you do, you can let me know and I'll make it for you. Or, maybe we could make it together! Wouldn't that be fun?

Would you like to go on a picnic sometime soon? I think that would be a very good way to get to know each other, too, just like sending letters.

I can't wait to hear all about you and to become friends. I just know we'll become very close. ♥
