[It's way late into the night, or way early into the morning, whichever works for you and Kazuma was out of bed and about in House 48. Another sleepless night, they've been getting so frequent. He settled himself in the kitchen, thinking he could make himself some tea, something to eat maybe. He plops both his journals onto the table, thinking he could just write long enough to fall asleep again.

Once he got himself a cup of tea, he seats himself at the table, pressing his hands against the sides of his head. Having these nightmares and hallucinations can leave you with a nasty headache. ]

Is...Is there anyone awake right now? [Please let there someone be awake to talk to, anyone to keep his sanity. He can still faintly hear those voices in the back of his head. A part of him almost wished Terumi was still here, but...they would tell him it's wrong.

"Oh, but I am still here. I'll always be here for you."] ...I just want someone to talk to.

[Someone that's actually there...An idea then pops into his head a few minutes later. Of course he could ask him now. Why didn't he think of him before? Although...he was hesitant about it as it was very late.]

Professor...I'm sorry to bother you at this hour, but I'm having difficulty sleeping...I'm hearing things again.

France...I went there once when I was traveling with the Professor.

Visit me or another physician in the clinic come morning. I am certain we would be able to prescribe something that might help you rest.

This would make you one of the very few that knows of France. [A soft chuckle.] How did you find it? Was she welcoming?

It was a very pleasant visit. We were mostly there to visit some of the more historical locations. I have to say though, the city of Paris looks even more beautiful at night.

Ah, Paris. Our crown jewel, our lady, our love; at least to quote a dear friend of mine. It is easy to be enamored with the city, especially at night. That is when she is at her most lovely.

I've only ever seen her beauty through photos before. Being there in person certainly was a whole other experience. It's a shame I couldn't stay there for very long though.

[A beat] Oh, I probably should have introduced myself earlier. My name is Kazuma.

I highly recommend spending at least a week there, if at all possible. Then, should the crowded streets and night activity begin to wear, I would recommend spending time in Normandy. It's much more scenic and peaceful than Paris.

I do prefer more peaceful locations.

And it's a pleasure meeting you, Dr. LeBlanc. I think this talk helped a little.

Then I cannot recommend Normandy enough. The coastline is beautiful at sunset and the sound of the waves? Very soothing, no matter the hour.

If you ever need speak to someone again? I do not mind conversing. Normally I am still awake as it is.

Hm, that really does sound nice. If I ever go home, I'll see about making another trip to France.

[a beat] How come? Do you have trouble sleeping too?

I have always been something of an insomniac but...rest has not come easily as of late. Being in the village leaves me anxious.

I see...is it from all the experiments? This war?

Those always leave me anxious. Distantly before but...the last mission gave me an all too clear view of what we face.
